Pearl Necklace on a Paperdoll

Melissa's Pearl Necklace occupies the neck slot of the paperdoll. Introduced as a rare loot item from defeating Melissa the Mage as part of the Royal Council Massacre event in Summer 2008, it has no discernible properties or uses aside from an unusual hue for a necklace.
