Fan is an artifact decorative item. There are two versions, one facing east and another facing south.

Fans can be acquired in the Fan Dancer Dojo in the Tokuno Islands. It has a rarity of 3 and therefore spawns approximately every 6 hours. A minimum of 100 (Grand Master) stealing skill is required.
(110° 8'N 86° 3'W) East facing fan. Located on the first floor, towards the back of the second large room. It spawns next to a square basket.
(101° 10'N 87° 49'W) South facing fan. Located on the second floor, in the back of the first large room. It spawns near a set of urns.
