Dr. Spector’s Lenses

Since Publish 94 the Dr. Spector’s Lenses can be crafted via the tinkering menu. They are the more powerful version of the hat of the magi with the following attributes.

• 8 Intelligence Bonus
• 4 Mana Regeneration
• 12% Spell Damage Increase
• 8% Lower Mana Cost
• 10% Lower Reagent Cost
• 5% Physical Resist
• 10% Fire Resist
• 14% Cold Resist
• 20% Poison Resist
• 20% Energy Resist

Materials needed:

• Recipe for Dr. Spector’s Lenses (once used on crafter with tinkering skill)
• 200 Ingots
• 1 Black Moonstone
• 1 Hat of the Magi

Even with a tinker at GM skill, the success chance is 5%. But you only loose some ingots.
