Since Publish 94 the Dr. Spector’s Lenses can be crafted via the tinkering menu. They are the more powerful version of the Hat of the Magi with the following attributes.
- 8 Intelligence Bonus
- 4 Mana Regeneration
- 12% Spell Damage Increase
- 8% Lower Mana Cost
- 10% Lower Reagent Cost
- 5% Physical Resist
- 10% Fire Resist
- 14% Cold Resist
- 20% Poison Resist
- 20% Energy Resist
Materials needed:
- Recipe for Dr. Spector’s Lenses (once used on crafter with tinkering skill)
- 200 Ingots
- 1 Black Moonstone
- 1 Hat of the Magi
Even with a tinker at GM skill, the success chance is 5%. But you only loose some ingots.
