Quivers are containers used by Archers to hold Arrows or Bolts (but only one type at once). Ammunition will be taken from it until it is empty, and then from your character's Backpack. All known quivers come with the special Damage Modifier and Weight Reduction properties.
This Tailor crafted model is the easiest to make, but comes with only the most basic attributes.
