Elwood McCarrin

Eldwood McCarrin is an NPC that lives in the city of Haven. Known as the well-known collector, he can be found inside the Albatross Bar and Grill, a Tavern on the south side of the city overlooking the Docks. By talking with him, you can take on the Collectioner Quest.
