Nibbet the Tinker is a NPC located in Springs N Things in New Haven. He offers a new player quest.

Quests

Nibbet offers a new player quest, A Clockwork Puzzle‎‎, to craft 5 clock parts. The reward for completing the quest is a Craftsman's Satchel which contains clock frames and tinker's tools.
