The Pen of Wisdom is an item that allows you to copy a runebook – you must have the following items in your pack: 1 mark scroll per location , 1 rune per location and a empty Runebook. Each Pen of Wisdom has 100 charges.
The items have to be in the main bag.
It works also with the Runic Atlas
