Scrapper's Compendium

The Scrapper's Compendium is a Spellbook and also one of the Craftable Artifacts. A rare Inscription Recipe scroll is required to create it.

Like all crafted spellbooks, there is a chance that when exceptionally crafted additional properties will be added (up to three, chances dependant on your Magery skill). Examples are Slayer, Mana Regeneration, Lower Reagent Cost, etc.

These random properties are in addition to the existing fixed properties, so this item has the potential to be very powerful indeed.
