A Scrolls of Alacrity Book is one of the reward options from a Holiday 2013 or 20th Anniversary ticket. The book is Blessed and needs to be locked down (not secured!) in a house in order to add scrolls to it. Each book can hold up to 300 of any type of Scroll of Alacrity. To add a scroll, just drag and drop the deed onto the locked down book. To remove a deed from the book, click on the "drop" button (▼) next to the deed in the skill list.
