Shamino's Best Crossbow is a Repeating Crossbow that was introduced as a 7th Anniversary gift. It is dedicated to UO's third year, September 1999 to September 2000. A character used a 7th Anniversary Code to claim one. During the 9th Anniversary, Heritage Tokens were given out that also could be used to claim a one.
