Soul Gem
Overview
The Soul Gem is obtained from the Primeval Lich Champion Spawn in the Stygian Abyss. According to forum sources, during the third stage of the spawn, skeletal remains and graves appear, each with a name attached. Dragging remains to a matching grave will give a reward, the soul gem being one of the possible ones. (A side note: soul gems are a component of the fantasy monster, the demilich)
