The unfortunate result of a death ritual gone awry, a Monstrous Interred Grizzle is the remains (and quite literally the remnants) of man, beast or monster partially returned to life after some time has been spent buried beneath the land.

Monstrous Interred Grizzles are a giant melting pot of nasty body bits. Sloughing skin, trailing wet organs and missing (or misshapen) bones are common sights of these creatures. They leave a path of blood and other viscous fluids in their wake. This creature is a walking, oozing sore.

The Monstrous Interred Grizzle is the [[Peerless]] of the [[dungeon]] of [[Bedlam]], in the [[facet]] of [[Malas]].

Like all Peerless monsters, keys are needed to access it. The keys resemble magery scrolls, and are found on various named undead creatures found throughout Bedlam. They are called "disintegrating thesis notes." A certain quest is needed to convert the thesis notes into a "librarian's key," which is used to access the boss.

==Abilities==
* Has an area effect spell. Kill named monsters in [[Bedlam]] to get the notes for entrance to his area. Best fought with a mage or an archer. Easy with mages [[EV]]ing and [[EQ]]ing. Another effective method of killing him is have a Cu Sidhe and stand one tile away from the Cu Sidhe and vet heal. Although this is a long battle it makes it possible for a tamer to solo him (take LOTS of bandaids).
