[[The Sheriff of Trinsic]] requested help finding informants which could help locate [[Ricardo the Thief]]. These NPCs appeared to be completely normal NPCs. However some would walk very quickly from place to place and much further than a normal NPC would. There were two types. The first was more common and did not have the password or location. The second was one per shard and did give out the location and password.
