To get your own Endless Decator, throw Water Pitchers at a [[Water Elemental]] (double-click pitcher and target elemental). Most of the time the pitcher will shatter. Eventually a decanter will be made and appear in your backpack. Only one Endless Decanter can be made per Water Elemental.
