The '''Obsidian Blade''' will be available in [[Publish 52]].

The item will be found on the new monster [[Vanguard Controller]]s, who are minions of the [[Shadowlords]].

The item will have the following properties:

* [[Hit Life Leech]]: 10%
* [[Hit Stamina Leech]]: 20%
* [[Hit Chance Increase]]: 20%
* [[Armor Ignore]]: 1% (presumably this means a 1% chance to do the equivalent of an armor ignore special move)

What it looks like is unknown.

I am also uncertain if I should call this an [[Artifact]] or merely a new kind of weapon.
