<p><b>New page</b></p><div>I question this duration formula. First, with no arcane focus and 120 spellweaving, I get 30 seconds in-game. So, lower limit is incorrect. Second, the "divided by 240, minimum 1" makes no sense at all, as ALL results would be less than 0.5 thus invoking the "minimum 1".
