Dynamic Events or Dynamic Treasures events are an event in which you defeat marked creatures to receive minor artifacts (drop in pack) which can be turned into an artifact trader. These events are temporary and can include a quest line, champ spawn and minor artifact collecting for rewards.
Pub 109 released in 2020 was designed to assist EM and UO Dev team with an easier way to create customized Treasure events with less 'back end' work. Since this publish the Treasures of events have become an annual offering.
