This template is used to create publish templates to show publish or expansion note changes on articles.

publish: Link to the publish article.
name: Name of the publish, if more than just a number.
expac: Name of the expansion. Optional.
date: Date of the publish/expansion.
note: Text from the publish notes. This should be set to {{{note|}}}.
comment: Undocumented changes or additional notes. This should be set to {{{comment|}}}.
