The 27th Anniversary celebration of Ultima Online ran from Tuesday, September 24, 2024, to Friday, November 1, 2024. Every character over 30 days old received a special-hued 27th Anniversary Gift Bag in their backpack containing a 27th Anniversary Token and an Anniversary Card.

The 27th Anniversary ticket allows the choice of one of the following:
- King Blackthorn Sculpture
- Queen Zhah Sculpture
- Burning Regent Sculpture
- Can be turned on and off, acts as a light source
Each statue comes in a variety of colors: 9 common hues, 8 rare hues, 1 uber-rare hue
