Obtain a Bowl of Rotworm Stew, five Small Piece of Blackrock, and the arms of a Terathan Avenger and return to Salis for your reward.

Bowl of Rotworm Stew can be made by the cooks who learned the recipe after completing the Bad Company quest given out by Jaacar inside the Underworld. Small Piece of Blackrock can be found by the miners and Terathan Avenger Arms can be found as a loot from the Terathan Avengers at the Terathan Keep. After you got all the ingredients, mark them as quest items and return to Salis:
