2D Acid Proof Rope
Description
A coiled rope of varying color that is a special item needed to gain entry to the Palace of Paroxysmus. Such ropes are destroyed when the Palace is entered.
They can be obtained from Lucius the Adventurer who resides outside the entrance to the Palace for 5,000 gold pieces. Subsequent to obtaining the recipe for acid proof ropes from the elfin carpenters that inhabit the City of Heartwood, carpenters can craft such ropes by using the switches obtained while lumberjacking.
To create an acid proof rope, a carpenter must have the following:
- the elfish recipe;
- a minimum Carpentry skill of 80;
- 2 Greater Strength potions;
- 1 Protection; and
- 2 Switches.
