The Bleed Attack special move was added during the Ultima Online: Age of Shadows expansion. Use of a Bleed Attack will inflict a gaping wound in your opponent that will bleed profusely for several seconds, during which the attacked will continue to take damage. This special move can be activated by setting a key macro for the appropriate primary or secondary weapon ability or double-clicking the icon in 2D. The icon will highlight red when activated.

  • Mana Cost: 30
  • Successful use of the special move inflicts from 15-31 points of direct damage over 10 seconds, with the rate of damage slowing as time passes.
  • Attacker is healed for the same amount, if Bleed Attack was performed with a Blood Trinker] weapon.
  • This damage is not reduced by armor and can only be avoided through healing with spells or bandages.
  • Grants five second effect reduction once removed. Attempts to reapply Bleed while the player is under effect reduction will scale the duration base on the last successful Bleed Attack.
