Boats allow players to travel across the seas of Brit. Boats are subject to decay and have a hold players can store items in.

Commands
To use a command just speak it so the tiller man can hear it.

| Forward | Makes the boat sail forward |
| Forward one | Sails the boat one tile forward |
| Back | Makes the boat sail backwards |
| Back one | Makes the boat sail backwards |
| Right | Makes the boat sail in its right hand direction. |
| Left | Makes the boat sail in its left hand direction. |
| Stop | Makes the boat stop sailing. |
| Turn left | Turns the boat in the counter-clockwise direction |
| Turn right | Turns the boat in the clockwise direction |
