Crystalline Blackrock is an Imbuing ingredient needed to imbue high intensities of Skill Bonus onto jewelry.
It can be found as :
- loot on the ratmen living in the Cavern of the Discarded, not the clockwork scorpions, wolves, or rats;
- a rare drop while mining anywhere in Ter Mur; or
- loot on an ore elemental on any facet, as long as the account has been upgraded to SA. There are reports of increased drop rates in Felucca.
As you may or may not know, ore elementals are produced by mining with a Gargoyle's Pickaxe. There is no information whether or not the Dull Copper Elementals of Shame or the Shadow Iron Elementals of the Yomotsu Mines yield crystalline blackrock.
