- Looted from Ratman in the Cavern of the Discarded
- Looted from ore elementals on any facet, as long as the account has been upgraded to SA
- A rare chance to get a piece while Mining anywhere in Ter Mur
Notes
As you may or may not know, ore elementals can be produced by mining with a Gargoyle's Pickaxe. You can mine within the limits of the Royal City and still get crystalline blackrock drops in your backpack.
