Exploding Tar Potion

Exploding Tar Potion is the reward of the quest Curiosities given out by Gretchen the Alchemist. It is a "forced walk" potion, meaning you cannot run under it's influence. The effect can be broken by taking damage.

It can also be gotten from a Barrel Sponge.
