For the Friend of the Fey quest you need to go to the arcanist area in Heartwood and seek out Synaeva the Arcanist. She will ask you for 1 beads (can be obtained from a jeweler) and 1 jar of honey (can be obtained from a baker). Once you bring these items (don't forget to have them toggled as quest items)and turn them in she will give you the "Gift to Arielle" item and the Gift to Arielle quest.
