Hit Mana Leech is a weapon property that was introduced with Ultima Online: Age of Shadows.

It gives an attacker the ability to leech Mana from his opponent every time he successfully delivers a hit.

Hit Mana Leech intensities on weapons

The maximum possible mana leech percentage you can get on a weapon is determined by the following formula:

Amount of Mana leeched

On every successful hit you will leech 0 to X percent mana of (Damage done * 0.4) - X being the Hit Mana Leech value on your weapon
