Irk's brain is dark-grey and looks like a normal brain; it drops randomly. Irk's brain is one of the 6 keys needed to gain admission to battle Dread Horn, the Peerless of the Twisted Weald dungeon. When all six pieces (Blighted Cotton, Thorny Briar, Gnaw's Fang, Irk's Brain, Lissith's Silk, And Sabrix's Eye) are collected they each need to be dropped onto the statue located on the altar surrounded by rocks.
