Irk's Brain

Irk's brain is dark-grey and looks like a normal brain; it drops randomly. Irk's brain is one of the 6 keys needed to gain admission to battle Dread Horn, the Peerless of the Twisted Weald dungeon. When all six pieces (Blighted Cotton, Thorny Briar, Gnaw's Fang, Irk's Brain, Lissith's Silk, And Sabrix's Eye) are collected they each need to be dropped onto the statue located on the altar surrounded by rocks. Like the other pieces, Irk's brain comes with a countdown timer, and after the timer has expired it will disappear.

Irk's Brain is considered the most difficult of the keys to obtain.
