Island of the Soulbinder

This is the residence of Corgul the Soulbinder and his minions. The island does not have a fixed location, but will be exchanged for a world map and treasure map in Covetous. Then using a High Seas boat, a party of brave adventurers can sail to the island. All members must have the High Seas Expansion.
