Lethal Poison is either the highest or 2nd highest level of poison in the game. It is used only by characters with very high Poisoning skill, or by certain monsters.
Using bandages, Lethal Poison can take many attempts to successfully cure. It can also take several uses of the Paladin spell Cleanse by Fire, though the mage spell Arch Cure typically does very well against it.
