Lockpicks are required in order to activate the Lockpicking skill. Whenever a pick is used unsuccessfully, there is a chance it may be destroyed in the process.

They can be crafted by characters with Tinkering or purchased from NPC Vendors. Their weight is one stone each and they are stackable.

An older version of lockpicks exist and are generally considered a collectible rare item.
