The quest Lost in Transit starts from an item called Stolen Goods, you will occasionally find these on thieves, such as the ones found in The Citadel in the Tokuno Islands.
When you obtain the item, simply click it to start the quest, then deliver it to the npc that the quest states.
This can be one of the following NPCs:
- Brinnae the Wise in Heartwood
- Arielle in Ilshenar
- Saril the Guard in Heartwood
- Cloorne the Expeditionist in Heartwood
- Iosep the Trader in Jhelom
- Sarakki the Notary in Britain
- Patricus the Trader in Vesper
- Koole the Arcanist in Sanctuary.
