Like the name implies, Orc Helms are associated with Orcs. They are worn by Orc Captains and Orc Lords.
There are 2 Artifact Orc Helms, the Orcish Visage and the Orc Chief Helm. Some Orc Helms spawn as an Evil Orc Helm and have special properties.
