An item property mostly found on weapons. Skill required declares which skill is needed to use the item. For example, a Broadsword will say "Skill Required: Swordsmanship" meaning you need the Swordsmanship skill to have any hope of hitting something with it. The Use Best Weapon Skill property is a way around skill requirement.
