A Spined Runic Sewing Kit 
is both a consumable tool and a Tailoring reward. As a reward, use of the sewing kit during crafting allows a Tailor to create magic, or modified, armor and weapons. The number of mods and the intensity of such mods depends on the leather type of the kit used; the "higher" the leather type, the better the resultant item. Spined Runic Sewing Kits impart 1 to 3 properties with an intensity range between 40% to 100%. All Spined Runic Sewing Kits have 45 charges when new.
