A stat scroll is a form of power scroll obtained by defeating The Harrower in Felucca.
It increases a character's total stats.
Stat scrolls come in denominations starting at +5 at the low end, and ending at +25 at the high end.
Once the scroll is used by the character (by double clicking it, colloquially this is often referred to as "eating" a scroll), that character's potential stat total increases by the amount indicated on the scroll (to a maximum total stats of 255).
