:It seems the table is from the address [http://www.uoherald.com/node/137]. So, you immediately have 25% chance to cast a spell at its minimum skill. You cant cast it if your skill is less than the min skill value, but if you *did*, the 1% chance table would be valid. Also, for every 1.0 point, you get an additional 2% chance to cast a spell. The table is currently misleadintg and might need some more information and/or explanations. Will test it in TC1 and correct the page accordingly. [[User:Nimuaq|Nimuaq]] 07:00, 6 January 2011 (PST)

Casting Success Chance

Values on 1% chance column dont make any sense:

Hail Storm: Min Skill=70 Casting Chance 1% at 58 skill.
