The Citadel is a dungeon in the Tokuno Islands.
Within it spawns the Peerless known as Travesty.
Unlike many other Peerless bosses, the keys to get in to fight Travesty are literal keys.
Ninja and related repond creatures are the primary enemies in The Citadel. They spawn in massive numbers.
The bulk of this dungeon is hidden. Secret doors must be unlocked from the main room in order to access it. Furthermore, even the main parts of the dungeon have yet more secret doors.
