The Deceiver is a craftable artifact Two Handed Axe from Publish 96 that requires a recipe to craft that drops from the Doom Gauntlet. It is considered a upgrade to Axe of the Heavens witch is one of the items required to craft it.

Note

you can also use Cursed versions of Axe of the Heavens from the below events and the resulting The Deceiver will not be cursed.
