A Vollem Assembly is crafted by GM tinkers after completing the Perfect Timing quest. In order to make one, you will need the following items:
Upon double clicking the Vollem Assembly with 50 leather and 25 white dragon scales in your backpack, a Vollem spawns as mechanical pet (2 Follower Slots). You can only spawn one every 15 minutes.
