Queen Zhah at the Royal Palace

Zhah is the Gargoyle Queen of Ter Mur. Little was known of her before the Echoes of the Past event circle. Fighting the Void Plague is an excellent way to curry favor with her.

She had a friendship with Dawn, the Queen of Britannia, based largely on shared interests and, presumably, their both being females who worked in the fields of politics and public administration. (These fields in UO, if the other NPCs are any indication, appear to be more or less male-dominated.)

She is sometimes played in-game by each Shard's Event Moderator.

She gives the quest Journey to the Athenaeum Isle.
