This spooky house add-on can be obtained by completely the Halloween 2008 Quest. You need to complete several steps, defeat Sicarii the spider boss to obtain a Spinneret and then 10 Gossamers to make one.

Notes

• The deed is not Blessed
• If insured, it will lose that property when used and need to be insured again in deed form
• Can face south or east
• Cannot be built near doors or on stairs
