It would seem that piracy has become frequent off the shores of Ocllo. Though sitings and reports of boardings are numerous, only one boarding attempt has been completely confirmed. The brigands attempted to stop and board the dragon ship, Kathy Lynne. Their plans were thwarted by the exceptional ability of the ship's tillerman and the bold tactics employed by its captain. The ship escaped intact and its crew unharmed.
