Character Transfer allows players to move a character from one shard to another by using a Character Transfer Token ($19.99 through Origin store) or by using a Shield Transfer Token. Character Transfer Service is not available on Siege Perilous and Mugen.
The following will transfer with the character:
- Name
- Appearance
- Stats
- Skills
- Reputation
- Virtue
- Custom titles
- Monster points
- Quest status
- Equipped items
- Items in backpack
- Items in bank
- Stabled pets
- Following pets (N/A for Shield Transfer Tokens)
The following will not transfer with the character:
- Houses
- Guild status
- Faction status
- Companion and Volunteer status
