Bank checks can only be created at a Bank. Most capital cities have a bank.
In order to create a check simply say: "Check <value>"
<value> can be any number between 5.000 - 1.000.000
Bank checks, created with the "blessed" flag, will make it easier for you to trade large amounts of money with other players. Unfortunately, checks cannot be used with NPCs or vendors setup by players.
