The Crimson Cincture is one of the most highly sought after artifacts because it is the only over-legs equipment slot item that has item properties on it. Clothing bless deeds can be used on this artifact on all shards except Siege and Mugen. Like all half aprons, the Crimson Cincture, or CC, is dyable.
