Drelgor the Impaler is a named, cutlass and sword wielding skeleton that spawns similarly to a Champion in Old Haven. After killing undead in the borders of Haven for a while, he will spawn in the middle of Old Haven, proclaiming "Who Dares to Defile Haven? I am Drelgor the Impaler! I shall claim your souls as payment for this intrusion!"
